back to the project, one big concern is that this location is really a rundown place surrounded by old buildings

Where is their sales office? When they will open the unit for booking?

i'm assuming the sales office is at the site itself. anyone knows what time it opens its doors till? thought of heading there after work today...

the sales office is right next to the site, and next to the hotel too
not sure what is their operating hour though...
oh well there will be a night market today at that area

went to the sales office during lunch time
the sales lady told me 50% were booked by internal parties and business associates (most of the units from level15 are gone)
there were a few lucky one who booked that came just now, one guy even booked 3 units

just back from the sales office. sales rep told me 60% of units for block A are all gone. all kl view units frm level 11 and above are habis whereas for pool / titiwangsa view, all units from level 20 and below are botak.

bookings only reserved to VVIPs now. i was told to sign a form to register for them to call me when it'll be launched. tentative launch date is next week. they'll contact ppl on a 1st come 1st served basis, means if devils signed the form during lunch time this afternoon n me at 5pm, they'll call devils 1st. so to the interested parties, better go to the sales office n sign up quickly, else u might not have a chance to parang here!!

looking at the speed they're selling (10% and 5 floors within 1/2 day - comparing to the time devils went and me), what more can i say abt this project?!

opening hrs is as follows:
mon - fri: 9am - 6pm
sat: 9am - 1pm (by appointment only, according to the sales rep)

haha pai kor, i'm super small fry only la compared to u n the others. but similar to most of u guys here, i see this to be a BUY! BUY! BUY! project even though the initial mths after VP will be quite competitive selling or renting it out due to the vast number of units purchased by investors.

say if i get a unit now at RM260k, 10/90 is RM26k and nothing else throughout constrcution period. if i sell for only RM300k immediately (very very conservative estimation, considering the fact that price for block B starts from RM310k) upon VP, i would still untung here. so y put money in FD when u can put it in Titiwangsa Sentral...hahaha!

yea, this purchase is coming only a couple of mths frm zest...dunno if the bank will approve my loan onot also!

btw did you also see the board next to the selling price, there stated another 10k discount, when i ask the sales girl she told me that's on top of the 70k discount

haha, i asked the sales rep the exact same question but she replied everything there is just indicative only and subject to revision. am not putting much hopes on the RM10k though but if it really happens, that'll definitely be even better!

anyway, do note that if u've paid the 10% d/p n u're unable to obtain the loan, they'll forfeit 1% of the d/p n return only 9% to u. basically, RM2k+ will be burnt!

to those who are interested in this project, block A has been SOLD OUT in 3 days...n even before soft launch
block B is still available, with prices ranging from RM310k onwards...

Babana, u feel that blok B buyers can still make $$$ at entry cost of 310k?
