went to the sales office during lunch time
the sales lady told me 50% were booked by internal parties and business associates (most of the units from level15 are gone) there were a few lucky one who booked that came just now, one guy even booked 3 units |

just back from the sales office. sales rep told me 60% of units for block A are all gone. all kl view units frm level 11 and above are habis whereas for pool / titiwangsa view, all units from level 20 and below are botak.
bookings only reserved to VVIPs now. i was told to sign a form to register for them to call me when it'll be launched. tentative launch date is next week. they'll contact ppl on a 1st come 1st served basis, means if devils signed the form during lunch time this afternoon n me at 5pm, they'll call devils 1st. so to the interested parties, better go to the sales office n sign up quickly, else u might not have a chance to parang here!! looking at the speed they're selling (10% and 5 floors within 1/2 day - comparing to the time devils went and me), what more can i say abt this project?! |
