just wondering, anyone knows when the Blackberry Curve 8520 from Maxis will be out?? I pre-registered with them before 30septbut still no notification or reply I went to the maxis center they said got to wait for the notification via e-mal or sms... heh...

thanks, but i haven't receive the confirmation message from MAXIS ! idiot . i called 2 times , first agent ask me to wait for 7 working days ; second agent ask me goto maxis center as difficult to troubleshoot over phone . niama. i have paid the money and cant use for first 7 working days !!??? malaysia isp really got no hope !

i help my friend to register celcom bis last saturday, in 20 mins done and already receive message..... i am so regret to subscribe maxis

U should go direct to Maxis center and sorted out this. Wont take more than 1 day for activation.
Cousin help me to get a maxis sub line + BIS 5mb package in 1 visit. Activated on the next day becoz he posted me the sim card.

it took total 7 hours to get my BIS activated.
i just finished upgraded my os to 5.0 .

I guess there must be a miscommunication somewhere...

I've brought my Verizon Storm 9530 to Maxis, provide information and I/C at the Maxis TTDI and then just reset the phone. And walla. Already subscribed and working within 10 minutes...

hey wondering if anyone can help me with this problem:

Dictionary.com just released their Blackberry App recently, I'm trying to download it but i dont know how to.

I put my email and blackberry apps world send me the link, but when i open it here, i have two options:

Open in Blackberry apps World

or

Download App World

When i press Open, i save some tiny useless file, when i press Download, then apparantly I cant download it coz devide does not meet the system requirement.

But i'm using a Blackberry Bold. any idea?

someone should make a thread that compiles all the info that people shared on here
