haahha.. decided to post my home stuff gym bench skipping rope angkle weights . 5lb x2 2.5kg plates x4 5kg plates x 2 10kg plates x 4 standard bar - 10kg standard 2 kg dumbell bar x 2 yep...most of my workouts i do at home... actually for the past 2 months..all ive been doing is at home.. ahhaha  free weights rock!

ive done a 22 kg dumbell row with 2x10kg plates.... its not what i usually do ..so dont go thinking im sum super strong muscle guy.... managed 2 full reps.
