My Iphone 3gs 16GB will auto restart after call for 10-20 minutes, not all the time, it happen randomly, any idea? Using latest OS 4.0.2

My Iphone 3GS 32 GB doesnt get charged by charger or by USB.

i dropped my iphone 1st gen (2G) and the on/off/sleep button got stucked in, causing my phone to turn off when it's not connected to power charger.
