i think it depends the rpm u get after adjust gua, no specific measurement i guess

yours a wira? which year de. i know newer version wira cant tune engine this way. (need computer)
for the older one, can tune this way, but i see the sifu will ground one 'connection' before turning the screw.
release how much, that is depends on how high idling you want loh.

If im not mistaken, should be 1997-2000. Cuz 2001 and above is using Siemens vdo. While 1997 till 2000 is using MMC. Only MMC can tune by turning the screw.
