hi there guys,i recently get a diamond2 , i wish to upgrade my ROM to win6.5 from 6.1..

i get to htc website and select Malaysia(SEA) and when i key in the s/n number it say my device r not support...
i try to notice my phone a bit it got some chinese warranty sticker and its printed "made in taiwan"

so then i went to htc tw website and when i key in the s/n and walla,its allowed me to download...

my question is,i jus folo the instruction and install it?
will it cant be use in msia?the phone language will be set default in chinese?(which i wan english)

i am new to window mobile!ur reply will be grateful!!thxx

i dont think u can downgrade ur phone from wm6.5 to 6.1

You can download the local official ROM for your Diamond2. then Hard SPL your WM6.5 and flash it back to Official WM6.1.

But, WTH do you wan to go back 6.1? 6.5 not good enough?

Ever thought of going for 6.5 custom energy rom. Im using tat now.. Very speedy..

Just bought a brand new TD2 from SIS at RM999 & come with 1+1 yr warranty. Flashed to the custom enegry rom the next day. So far the only complain I had is this hp is a fingerprint magnet.

Aiya, this phone outdated already. You should have gotten yourself at least a HD2...

I need a small phone that is light and can easily put into pocket. HD2 is like a brick to me. I won't consider a phone which is > 150gm

Beside that, I need video call capability.

guys.. hope this thread not dead yet. i just bought htc touch diamond 2 today. got 1 question. why my favorite contact display in grid? is it suppose to be in 3D flow like in picture tab?

the 3d flow in the picture tab as you have mentioned is no more for the new version of sense UI, or windows 6.5. not sure which one, but it's only available in windows 6.1 if not mistaken, just like in touch diamond 1.

Btw, the music tab is freaking slow and hang frequently on my TD2. is it normal? and overall performance of my TD2 not fast and not smooth either. Can help me with this.

just got my TD2 from dad..his spare phone..my phone die aledi..

i cant seem to get online via wifi...it shows that im connected to my home network, but there is no internet access... anyone know why?
