buying panamy needs a hell lot of patient, unless you just grab it straight from buyer price.
quality issues? such as? the price is hard like a rock, one quality blue chips with high yield.
every year collect dividend enough liao, no need to bother when to sell.

why so rush to buy..... sentiment just reverse, do u think you buy now can make good profit?

as per mentioned by adamG, TA is distributing a 4.5% less 25% taxation div.

i salute those steel ballers who keep on nibbling TA-WB, live rich or die trying.

Another reason, they need people to convert the WB so that the company can raise money through warrant holder exercise their WB at 1.00.
TA can simply take in 470 million of cash through the exercise.

But I don't think new share will have good performance as IPO generally open below indicated price since after last year financial crisis first exploded. My opinion only.

If upon expiration the ta can hold up to 1.20 at least then u will gain profit from the warrant conversion else .. bye bye to your $$$$

but i probaly will take in 100 lots if the warrant felt to 0.03 ..
