The dividen have tax.
The capital payment no tax.

If have tax, it will stated in the entitlement annoucement.

I've check and confirm with my remiser.

This is not really new news. I've been seeing bad reports on steel since the early stage of the rally. That's why I dumped all my steel counters a month. Somehow, market doesn't care much about it. Maybe they look into the future where the demand is high. Still don't know to buy or to sell steel counters...

foreign fund bought knm yesterday and did not sell knm today. Najib's is doing well by lifting this and that.
