Im going back to Kelantan for good, but my stuff in KL. If I bring back with my car, it may takes 3-4 trips. So which courier service you guys suggest me to use? Its around 5-8boxes. I want cheapest and most reliable I dont mind if it takes 3-4days or even a week to arrive at the location. And do they provide the boxes? Or I need to get my own box?
*
I believe transport lorry will be cheapest if your 5-8 boxes are large one. There are few transport lorry that rent spacing instead of whole lorry.
Their price calculate according to dimension and weight.

you can try transportations companies, eg. Lorries. How much did the courier company quote you? Its probably RM600 if you get a personal lorry to send it all down for you. Much cheaper if you get those big transportation companies. Contact me via msn if u want the lorry drivers' details.

Hi guys,

I could use some advise. I am planning to send some stuff to friends and family over in The Netherlands. As some items will be more expensive as others; I need certainty it will arrive save and sound. I know I could use DHL or Fedex, but this is far too expensive (compared to the value of the items).

Most of the items are quite small, and fit in the document enveloppes. Does this perhaps mean I can also send this 'as a document' instead of a parcel? I mean; if I would send my kid brother a t-shirt, it fits snugly in a fitted enveloppe.

Besides; I cannot seem to find any information about registered items. Will my friends/relatives need to sign for receiving the items (I know this will get me some extra certainty that it arrives safely).

Last time I simply went to POS at Sungei Wang 3rd floor. I send of a package for around RM48, but I stashed around 2.2 kilo's in it. At that time I was here on holiday; and wanted to send some items and gifts to my own place. That package arrived almost 7 weeks later at my doorstep; totally busted with holes in the box. This didn't give me a good feeling about the 'cheaper' solutions.

It is important that it arrives safely.....that it arrives alltogether.

Should I stick with POS or POS Laju?

Cheers
