Is it against the law / courier service policy to allow anyone to sign for the package?

I've lost my package at the moment and their proof of delivery is sign by an unknown person at a random time.

Bought item from lazada, pending investigation and the courier is NinjaVan. They provide the "proof" that was sign by anyone but me.

If worst come to worst, they are not taking responsibility, is it possible to lodge a complain to tribunal and win?

Any legal expert, please advice sad.gif

A parcel was sent to me via poslaju last Friday, it took 7 days and 4 trips to Poslaju Larkin Johor Baru to collect my parcel after much shouting.
I was told that the parcel was sent to a different poslaju centre and they kept the parcel withiut returning to the correct poslaju centre. doh.gif

So much about " post today, receive tomorrow ".

Should change to " post today, receive next week ".

Hi, I have made an order for cosmetic products from Korea. The agent there said they are using TNT to send over as they said it will deliver to door step.
I am just worried that my product will be held at the custom as those products are not registered under Kkm.
Anyone has such experience?
Is TNT TRUSTABLE and will they be able to deliver to my door step as they proclaimed ?
Help are needed. Thanks

My items that I've bought from Zalora simply won't reach on time; lazy delivery man who won't even deliver the items and assume no one at home. One time even asked me to come down from my apt and pick my own items because he was late for another delivery. mad.gif
Prefer Gdex better.

They might not have, but maybe you can call the service and ask if they provide or not. Another option is you try talking to the person who deliver ice, see if he can help you on the side. bruce.gif
