why is the international shipping fee so high? even above rm 50 ship to singapore for most service provider. Because last time I bought smth from HK the shipping is like rm16 or even free from us when i bought from ebay.

I'm a regular on line purchaser. All stores will charge different shipping rates. They do not reflect the true shipping rates from the shipping companies.
You have to really shop around to find the best possible rates.

oh,you mean if you ship from Hong Kong to Malaysia is cheaper than from Malaysia to Hong Kong.
I did experience this before.
Their explanation is that the destination from point to point in Malaysia is not as easily accessible than in HK or vice versa.

Bad experience withNinja Van
My items that I've bought from Zalora simply won't reach on time; lazy delivery man who won't even deliver the items and assume no one at home. One time even asked me to come down from my apt and pick my own items because he was late for another delivery. mad.gif
Prefer Gdex better.

I'm just having a problem with Ninja Van for my zalora purchase ... the items was ordered last Monday .. and the status of the items was on "shipped" status on the next day. which meant it was picked up by the courier company. But until today my items still pending delivery.....

When i called Ninja Van CS.. the guy seems clueless and keep on saying he need to check with their warehouse why the items still stuck there....

I even select the self collection option at the nearest MBE kiosk in setia city mall when Ninja Van sent me an SMS for the choosing this option or normal door to door delivery.... to cut the story long short .. actually you can ask Zalora/Lazada to avoid this courier by calling their CS after you made the purchase....

terrible courier service ... mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Airpak is damn slow. mad.gif

Bought an item on 20th October night. The system updated the status on 22nd October as documentation prepared.

But the seller only gave me the tracking number on the 24th or 25th of October. Ok.

then only until 27th October that the item is in transit.

Until today is still in transit. Omg.

Airpak express rate is very low I guess, since the seller offered free shipping.

But this is ridiculously long for KL - TGG.

There is one Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) center opened recently at Bayan Point, Bayan Lepas, Penang. They are the authorized agent for UPS, TNT, PosLaju, GD Express and City-Link Express. You may compare prices and choose the best service under one roof. They offer services from 9:00am till 7:00pm during weekdays and even on Saturdays from 9:00am till 2:00pm.

Visit them for more information.

Can anyone help to advise how do they calculate the charges?

Thinking about GDex & Pos Laju. Can also recommend any other dependable company
