I fail to keep track on how much parcel I have sent throught the business (cincai business, no proper tracker / accounting software) but I can say that I have posted out at least 2k parcels.

I use poslaju. Never a package gone 'missing'

Time to time have things go wrong like, item arrived at the customer local post office but not being delivered, parcel to seremban ended in johor, to terengganu ended in perlis, but they just divert and its all good.

my fav poslaju centre is the one in Brickfields. efficent, send 7pm, custmer from WM gets the next day, and sometimes to sabah/sarawak too next day.

their service has been satisfactory for me,so far

unhappy with poslaju. i used my office address and i waited until 16:00+ hrs yesterday and no delivery van. then this appeared on their tracking page "Unsuccessful delivery. Please contact 1 300 300 300 Addressee not available".

so now its updated to "Item arrived at destination Counter delivery due to out of delivery coverage area"

my question here, if i didnt go and collect the parcel, will they try to redeliver the package to me? quite far from my office/home.

for the size 53x53x53 (cm) 7kg ,using dhl will cost me about 2100,where else poslaju rm 320
so far I've been using frequently poslajj with no problems.but i was thinking for another method other's would use and why pay for more

Using Skynet for the 1st time.
Parcel sent to me on Wednesday ( 24th Aug 2016 ), no sign of the parcel till now ( 29th Aug 2016 ).
Called Johor Baru branch, no one picking up the phone.

Probably my last time using Skynet.

Finally, I went over to Skynet office to check my parcel, it was at the center.
Asked them why no delivery?

The anwser : No driver.

I have to disagreed on skynet.
I've been using them for years,they're reliable.

I guess different states will have different level of services.

from KL and their service sux..i was taking my parcel at batu caves because they not send for 2nd turn..even u call also they not send back..take time a week also..this also consider how long their operator take the phone to answer the call..many bad experience on skynet
