I got my kitchen cabinets, wardrobe and TV cabinet done by UNITY DESIGN as well. Great advice provided, good workmanship by the installers and very patient to your requests.

I went to Unity Design last week.  Louise attended to me and received my design and quotation.  Very pleasant   thumbup.gif

I will be contacting Patric (Erny's bro, I think) for site measurement.  However, my question is: Is it advisable to only call for site measurement after I've decided on what hood+hob+oven that I'll be buying, so that they can incorporate the right size for those items in the measurement? unsure.gif

Hope someone can share some light here.  thanks!
*
You can call for site measurement fisrt but you have to provide the dimensions of hood, hob, sink, oven, etc.. before factory start to manufacture your cabinet.
Have a nice day!

I think it's laminated hmm.gif .

Noted on the dish plate near cooking area...when they do the proper site measurement, i'd probably ask them to push further the hob.  However, I don't think it would be that oily as I'm not into chinese cooking ie deep frying fish etc.

As for the hood, Fotile doesn't have the slimhood range (like in the drawing).
*
Ya, you may ask them to adjust the hood at the middle within the dish rack and tall unit. But if as what you said there is a original concrete table, do they have the hole for the stove on the concrete table?
(Stove advise not too close to the oven. unless u put the oven under the concrete table. )

Is white color 3G door will not be pure white when view it, it will have some greenish color because clear glass actually have green color??

Is this true? Or because the shop provide different grade of glass?

One of the kitchen shop told me this. The sample he show me, a piece of board with different types of color, also showing the white color 3G is greenish.

Yes, that is true, usually normal glass is greenish base, so when spray white, will still show greenish. But there is a solution, what you need to do is pay a bit more to get a batter grade glass. I able to produce pure white 3G glass door.

My kitchen is 13' by 7'9'' and it is connected with the dining hall,I am planning to built a breakfast shelf (like pic) to separate them up. I am wondering how much will it cost to get this kind of KC. With the use of affordable material. Do you think it can be made for less than 8K?

Erny is a great guy to deal with..from design up til installation. dunno got after sales services or not tongue.gif

Saturday and yesterday they install the unit for my KC and wardrobe. I have moved into my house so they have to deal with me watching them doing their work ever so often. But the team was friendly and are not shy of sharing knowledge. They work up till 10 pm last night but the result is great, if not stunning. But i do prefer stunning biggrin.gif.

So the installation is left with just the counter top and minor adjustment. I will post the full progress + picture here for view once completed.

Hey Erny, how bout that wine glass holder? Free rite? brows.gif

I bliv u r referring to this
user posted image

Why wouldnt it b safe? It has many safety features.
The Induction side
As this is induction, the surface is not hot. If u do not put your cooking utensil on top of it, the induction will not operate and will be on standby mode. If u r cooking and there is no movement for 2 hours and you did not set a timer for it, it will automatically turn off.

The Gas side
It comes with safety valve, if the flame gone off, it will automatically cut of the gas.
