QUOTE(albhong @ Sep 5 2011, 05:19 PM) anyone here use solid wood for kc, wardrob etc ? mind to share the picture? Is solid wood compare to others ? I once asked In-Cube in D'sara Perdana to quote a nyatoh KC (solid wood for doors only).... So far they are the cheapest. As for quality, my sister used their servic and she had no problem. I did not use them because I needed a KC coy that will install the Ikea Rationel drawers. |

Most of them do everything either by themselves or outsource to partners.

Ya, but my customer told me their price quite reasonable, all items list in quotation, so he don't have to worry the problem like hidden cost. I think they are main con, do most of the jobs, but I heard that they are quite busy, they provide free quotation but to take the project or not is still depend on their schedule. |

just wanna confirm whether this is true...
I got a customer who originally bought a top mount sink but later changed to an undermount sink. The KC company want to charge her RM 500 to open the hole for granite if she wants to change to undermount sink, for top mount is free. Is this reasonable or there shouldnt b any extra charges? |

QUOTE(zheilwane @ Sep 9 2011, 08:55 AM) just wanna confirm whether this is true... Zean, I believe for opening undermount sink hole the extra labour involved is edge polishing. I was quoted RM90 (mostly I gues is RM100). For gas hole is RM50 and that I believe also applied for top mount sink. No need edge polishing right? Some more you get to keep the cut piece of granite I got a customer who originally bought a top mount sink but later changed to an undermount sink.
