hmm aku xbrani nk kte sbb repair proces tu which is reflow proces klu silap mungkin timbul masalh yg lain...tpi klu nk cube bole la..bernard ckap ape ngn ko?

yup its frequently happen to to the 60 n 20 gig series...u noe la they pakai vtec bsar..so enjin jd panas..lame lame racing jd kaput lorr...
klu 40 n 80 gig series yg pakai vtec kecik ohhh jarang jarang berlaku

sian bro nyet....cmner leh jdi cmtu tu...sbb yg aku tau ylod tu klu dh elok blik die klu nk rosak pon jd ylod gak lg..ni jd rosak len plakk...cmner tuh?

ermm thermal paste mmg dlm keadaan bentuk paste, xkan keras utk mase yg panjang, so rase nye x mungkin die akn cair dan short circuitkan board

orite reflow proces tu sebnarnye die smbungkan litar yg putus ngan care mencairkan blik solder joint, so apabile kite sudah cairkan blik solder tu nnti die akan melekat blik pade komponen ngan kemas...so ngn itu adela blik flow kt litar kite...sbb tula dpt namenye reflow process

lek bro im cool hehe, so ko nk tau cmner die putus...sbnarnye theres no real exactly true explanation but speculation base on the problem ckap overtime bile kite used kitenye ps3, solder yg mnyambungkn board ngn komponen putus( takenote solder tu ade lg cume xlekat je) so ini mungkin faulty bcuz of soldering x ckup kuat la kot

yupp i use reflow n it works on ps3 flawlessly

aku nye xdelak cm2...not sure la wats happen to urs....but im sure tu mesi slah satu symtom ylod..

for bab cleaning lak...vakum is simply not enough, aku dlu jage clean btul2 ps3 aku..but once aku bkak mmg byk gak habuk yg terkumpul kt dlam tu, blom kire yg melekat kt kipas lagi...so klu nk thorough cleaning we unfortunately kene bkak ps3 kite huhu

aah btul2, dlu sblom kene ylod ni aku notice fan aku running quite laju, but then after dah reper ngan cleaning skali aku notice die running senyap je....

ohhh ye satu lagi pade ande semua mane2 ps anda yg masih ade woranty better jgn bkak klu x anda void warranty anda, klu warnty xde tu baik bkak je hahaha

klu waranty dah xde baik antar kt aku, aku wat dgn caj yg lebih murah drpd sony huhu
