Thing is no one mentioned about bargaining. We never bargained for prices and still got shitty treatment from your staff. The only proper staff is a lady at the Cheras store who is very polite when she's at the Cheras branch but your young male staff are absolute shite. I'm serious. i know my brother Jack don't talk much but he really helpful to me and polite too if u talk to him...just he always went to play warcraft until always look tired while working.For those rude and lansi staff serve at cheras be4 all fired few months ago already and i know myself also a bit rude and lansi sometime if i get starving haha!!! Please forgive me,i knew i have very bad emotion control but i really trying to control and don't let myself too hungry!

I also had the same problem with Nelson. Agreed on RM170 but had to pay RM175 on arrival. Not that I mind that RM5 extra, but what really pissed me off was that I was not informed about the last minute price change when I was told that I can collect the game on that day. I'm sure Nelson has enough profit margin to work with so he chosed extra RM5 profit over his integrity. The service level offered by his staff is a joke. Nelson himself is ok.
