bro, is ur services fully support torrent? which allow me download chinese torrents from china website? =)
can i hav a trial account to try out chinese torrent speed... if it ok to me... i will subscribe the 30GB package.....

sorry, for now all the slot are full. we are getting next server soon. hope to get it ready by this coming Monday.

Again, im sorry guys ALL SLOT ARE FULL. i cant add any more.
Next server will be ready soon, im still waiting for them to email me the details of server.
Hope it can be ready by Monday or Tuesday, next open slot will be for 20 users ONLY, no earlier booking.

we still have not receive update from our server provider, was inform will be delay due to payment was done via paypal. might take few more days. i will update on main page on available slot.

Safar keep saying waiting for new server to accommodate new user and shift some user to the new server. Its because current server is overselling (admitted by Safar himself). If you know overselling from start, why keep adding more user without thinking about the consequence? Now the server GUI (flux page) behaving very very slow. But no action taken.


Added on July 22, 2009, 11:03 pmAction taken. Very good.

Below is 2 email from Safar, but none of them is reply to my problem. Well done.

it was available but taken the moment it was empty.
we might have 2 more slot on 1st August for 30GB
Online IRC support is optional, office network block IRC so its kinda hard to provide support during office hours.
i also been bz for past 2 weeks and went out station for training.
if you know how torrent flux works you really wont need support at all, i have users who use since i run torrent flux and never ask or complain anything.
most the answer can be search in google.

Then how is the problem lies on the server itself? Problem haven't been solved for 1 week+.

if the problem with server, how come only you always having problem? i did ask around no one have same issue as you.
if you are happy with what ever service you use, I'm happy for you.
