To everyone, I am one of the customer that keep complaining about everything. From torrent download/upload speed, loading speed to almost anything else.

But now after changing to 2nd server. One word. Impressive. No longer experience the same problem anymore. I can say, not a single problem so far. thumbup.gif

Safar keep saying waiting for new server to accommodate new user and shift some user to the new server. Its because current server is overselling (admitted by Safar himself). If you know overselling from start, why keep adding more user without thinking about the consequence? Now the server GUI (flux page) behaving very very slow. But no action taken.


Added on July 22, 2009, 11:03 pmAction taken. Very good.

Below is 2 email from Safar, but none of them is reply to my problem. Well done.
