no its running on the 1st server

for me it takes ages to load anything .. page , delete ,start, etcetra .. and seeed never even exceed 700 kbps .. on both public and private .. ( there are a fair amount of leechers )

because its not counted from how many files you downloading, its depend on how many FTP connection you have establish.
you can do 4 FTP for 1 file and have remaining 5 more FTP to use, so the total of FTP cannot go more than 9 connection.

sounds like you're a victim of streamyx bad routing.. try another ip range?
