重组计划未受落 SAAG交易半日陷跌

（吉隆坡14日讯）SAAG（SAAG，9652，主要板贸易）重组逾7亿令吉债务，股项停牌半天，午盘复牌后，股价步步走跌，重整计划未让市场重拾对公司的信心。

　SAAG昨晚向马证交所报备说，为了公司的最大利益和未来发展前景著想，决定展开债务重组，重整合计达7亿931万令吉的债务。

　该公司指出，将建议发售价值1亿令吉的限制股（restricted share），发售价稍后公布，每认购5股限制股，将免费获1凭单。

　SAAG也另发行高达13亿8000万张免费凭单给债权人。

　此外，再建议发行多达30亿3590万6443股附加股，每股发售价10仙，每持有5股的股东，获配7股附加股。每认购5股附加股，将获送1凭单。

　配合昨晚的企业计划公布，SAAG今早9时暂停交易，下午2时30分恢复交易，但走势“漆黑一片”，即使大刀重整债务，期望带来新气象，却未能扭转股价走低的劣势。

　闭市时，SAAG收7.5仙，跌0.5仙，成交量3721万8000股。
