when i watch movie it will 'HANG' sudenly.
is that cause but insufficient ram? not enuf capacity?

Hi all, I also using p4 system..

Mine pc spec is
p4 2.6 ghz (northwood) 800mhz fsb
kingston 1gb ddr (512 x2)
MSI 865 P (could not remember the mobo code)
250gb wd
msi 7600gt 512mb ddr2 (prev ati radeon 9800pro)

Is p4 enough to use windows 7?

Yup, should not any problem with win 7. Last time I was at s478 and running win7 smoothly.

Win7 is easy to use up 1GB of RAM if some applications are opened. You will suffer when open more applications.

so i think 1GB system should only experience a little bit of lag (which is not as worst as Vista with 2GB RAM )

Focus more on my lappy already XD
