i don't quite get what you're trying to rant about here..
i recommended ts to refer to the management office(for remedy or arbitration) and that was what he did..
so how does the issue of who's being smarter, arises here?

Hm.. because if there was a problem like this, I'd just have fixed it myself instead of complaining to management. It's not an issue, just stating a fact, if there's a problem I can fix, I fix it first if I can. It all boils down to what you said, people who know how to get help are probably better than people who know how to help

it's a high probability that you've not encountered this sort of issue in a strata titled property before..
perhaps to you, it's just a complain (another sad piss malaysian mentality being displayed here).. there's prudence behind "talking" to the management and it's another sad piss that you view it so negatively..

my purpose of this thread is just to know options of fixing problem n cost incurred regardless whose fault involved, thanks for all the smart replies and yes, the fools will pick a fight with another, hence the thread will be closed.
