water stain... you can quick fix it, ugly but it works. You will need waterproof Putty Filler : http://www.overjoyed.com.sg/index.php?main...products_id=463Get it from Ace Hardware, or HomeFix or wherever. Then get a plastic sheet and cut circles from it. Place a plastic circle at the beginning of the crack, then paint the putty filler over it. Place the next circle over the previous one (make sure there's a slight overlap so there's no gap, then paint over that one as well. Continue until you reach the end of the leak. You'll have to repaint the wall to cover up the filler but after that it should look pretty okay. PS. I hope you're not trying to trick anyone into buying the property  |
