Do not click any buttons on the screen when the application appears. # (USPL3e) Copy RUU_Signed.nbh that you extracted from the download in step (USPL1a) and overwrite the one in the directory where you ran HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe from. If you get an error message saying that the file is already in use that is because you clicked one or more buttons in the HardSPL application window once it appeared. If that happens to you, exit from it, start it again, and DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING YET. I have use USPL 1.56 to flash my previous htc HD countless times - you name the cooked rom , most probably 9/10 I have tried it. And I'd say most people failed in the steps I listed above Can you show me the link for flashing SPL to 1.56? Actually is 1.54 or 1.56?

My program all installed in memory card, so do i need to install back after flash cooked ROM? I'm able to run those programs in my memory card..but how can I create shortcut so in the future I can run the program without go to the directory?
