The device is unstable by merely using the USB / adapter power (No battery inserted). The device will switch on & off occasionally when the device is connected to the network.

Can u seller pls confirming is this is NORMAL.

Hi

We have tested with a few of our other units and we did not encounter such problems.

You can drop by our office to test your purchased device on the spot.

If the problem occurs only to your device, we will then immediately replace another unit for you.

If the problem doesn't occur to any of the devices including yours, which means the problem is irrelevant to the device.

Please bring the entire packaging, accessories, battery and etc for the purchased device including your own laptop/netbook and SIM to perform several tests on the spot.

Regards

The 1st video posted was using Desktop http://youtu.be/NBo36Y5As0g]http://youtu.be/NBo36Y5As0g. Now the latest video posted was using Laptop http://youtu.be/bRkgq1mTVCg. Tested both but problem still persist.

Kindly replace the FAULTY device with the NEW WELL WORKING device or else just FULL REFUND the money paid

I've been their office tested using their Desktop, the device was just working fine. I just don't know y rclxub.gif

Pls just change another unit for me for the next visit as I don't want to waste everyone time.

Tht's it. Tx

Hi there

It is clearly proven that the device is not faulty as you stated yourself it was working fine at our office.

Moreover at our office, you were testing the device for a long duration and no operational problem occured at any point.
Therefore it is not faulty as you assume.

All your claims above are irrelevant and baseless towards the device an we can't grant you an exchange for that.

Please read the terms and condition below of the cash invoice where "Goods sold are not refundable".

There are so many other factors which can cause the problem as you've outlined which has nothing to do with the device.

One of the main problem may be related due to the network instability or infrastructure at your area.

The point here is why should we replace a device which is operating without any problem?
How are we suppose to justify the unit is faulty and get a replacement from our supplier when it is working fine?

Lastly, we can't offer full-refund just because you assume it is faulty, we can only trade in your device as it a used unit now.

Regards

Hi there

No worries, please go ahead and exercise your rights as a buyer and we will also exercise our rights as a seller.

We have sold so many units and no one faced any issues except you.

If we are selling faulty units, there will be tons of complaints here but fortunately one and only from you who fail to understand simple explanation.

Moreover on 27th June 2013, 08:43 AM Post #92, we have clearly stated to bring your own laptop/netbook to prove your claims but you failed to do so and came unprepared.

Finally, we will deal through e-tribunal as you insist.

Regards
