Hi again

Such comparison is irrelevant as we did not mention on our listings that it is compatible with any IPTV.

A 3G Modem and a 4G MiFi Modem Router is 2 different devices with different functions.

Do refer to the features as we listed below on our listings.

Features:
Able to connect with any Wi-Fi enabled device
Supports up to 10 devices via Wi-Fi and 1 via USB cable
One-touch connection and LCD screen display
Hassle free installation, just Plug-N-Play
Friendly user interface
SIM Lock released for usage with any 4G / 3G network worldwide*
*Do not hard reset the device as it will cause the device to be locked again
Able to share Micro SD files via Wireless
2 x TS9 External Antenna slot
Operation time up to 4 working hours*
*Operation times and performance of battery may vary depending on operator network configuration, signal strength and usage.

Therefore just because it does not support your IPTV, it does not mean the device is faulty.

As long the unit you bought from us is able to broadcast Wi-Fi and able to connect to the internet then it is perfectly fine.

If you are facing problem with any of the above listed functions, we are more than happy to look into it and resolving it accordingly.

Regards

Hi

Sierra 312U is only a modem and Sierra 760S is a mifi modem router.

As we have mentioned before, you need to refer to your IPTV provider in regards to the compatibility as it is beyond our control.

Hi there

Huawei E5832 is able to deliver downlink speeds up to 7.2Mbps.

You may get a slight increment in speed due to newer chip-sets being used on newer MiFi modem router these days.

We would suggest you to check with DiGi on what is their maximum downlink speed allocated for your plan.

Everyone is subscribing to Maxis these days for their known blazing speeds and Celcom is also coming up in order to keep up.

Hope that helps.

Hi

As we mentioned several times, that is beyond our control and we did not indicate at any point of time that our units are compatible with any IPTV.

Moreover, prior to purchase you didn't consult if it is compatible with any IPTV.

Therefore there is nothing we can do on our end.

We can only assure all the features listed by us is working accordingly.

Almost forgot to leave feedback. Great product. Now sharing WiFi with fellow office mate with Maxis LTE speed. Probably have to charge them RM later.

Fast delivery. Took three days from ordering and the item to arrived in my hand. This device helps me connect at LTE speed on 25th floor 1st Avenue which previously cannot be achieved with phone. Those working in 1st Avenue at the top should know.

Hi there

Are you referring to the Wi-Fi range?

If yes, 9 to 10 meters (approximately 30 feet)
