Hi again
Such comparison is irrelevant as we did not mention on our listings that it is compatible with any IPTV.
A 3G Modem and a 4G MiFi Modem Router is 2 different devices with different functions.
Do refer to the features as we listed below on our listings.
Features:
Able to connect with any Wi-Fi enabled device
Supports up to 10 devices via Wi-Fi and 1 via USB cable
One-touch connection and LCD screen display
Hassle free installation, just Plug-N-Play
Friendly user interface
SIM Lock released for usage with any 4G / 3G network worldwide*
*Do not hard reset the device as it will cause the device to be locked again
Able to share Micro SD files via Wireless
2 x TS9 External Antenna slot
Operation time up to 4 working hours*
*Operation times and performance of battery may vary depending on operator network configuration, signal strength and usage.
Therefore just because it does not support your IPTV, it does not mean the device is faulty.
As long the unit you bought from us is able to broadcast Wi-Fi and able to connect to the internet then it is perfectly fine.
If you are facing problem with any of the above listed functions, we are more than happy to look into it and resolving it accordingly.
Regards

I need so advise from you regarding my broadband plan. I am currently still under DIGI Explore 12GB plan using a Huawei E5832 Mifi i purchased from you few years back and i checked that my download speed is around 2Mbps. If i upgrade my Mifi to this Sierra Mifi will my speed increase or do i have to subscribe to another broadband plan for faster speed
