not everyone knows someone knowledgeable about these things. that is why its best to share it out in the forum. if everyone keeps it to themselves the losing end will be the owners/buyers

I wouldn't worry much about termite as the houses are built with bricks and metal truss roof.
Other than the wooden door and timber strip floor there is nothing much for the termites to attack. |

For me, I am only concern of the building structural integrity ie: I wouldnt want the roof to collapse on me when I`m sleeping due to termite and rot.
wardrobe, kitchen cabinet and wood furniture is unlikely that you wouldn't notice of a termite infestation as its easily visible unlike wooden roof truss. Do you visit your rooftop often? |
