Hi, guys... if my bb when i type in the mepd, the status is like this :
Sim disabled
Network Inactive
Network Subset disabled
Service Provider Disabled
Corporate Disabled

Only network is inactive instead of disable. does this means my bb is locked? bcoz i can't seem to get the bis service until now. my bis service already activated by celcom but i can't use the service. Pls advice.

what u mean normal mode? using without bis? if that is, ya. i'd already called 1111, they said my bis had been activated in their system. but then, they can't detect my pin no. My HRT table still nothing. and just now i called again, then the operator said my phone got problem, because it stated inactive instead of disable. is it true?

Means BIS is not activated.. Try a battery pull and re-insert back your back and see its activated or not..
