QUOTE(mufasa @ May 14 2009, 02:58 AM) hi guys.. since u own sony stuff n ur frens own nikon stuff...i tot u shd know which acc shd b cheaper by now?? let say i want to sell all these items..how much i can get?i dunno the market price..willing to sell it on next month.. SONY A350 BODY SAL 18-70mm (kit lens) MINOLTA 50mm 1.7 VITACON 100-300mm Sony HVL-F42AM flash age of item : 6month reason : upgrading so guys, wut do u think?should i change to nikon/canon?if u ask me,i prefer nikon..coz many of myfrens use nikon..they have many lens..so i can borrow from them sumday if i buy nikon..nikon acc is much cheaper than sony rite?correct me if im wrong.. wishlist : D300@D90 anyway..d90..d300 or even d700 is depend on ur need n how deep is ur pocket..perhaps u shd let us know ur expected function b4 we can recommend anything to u...when u feel that ur skill is limited by the gear..so ahead n upgrade...its good that u have ppl who can pass their lenses for u to test it out...maybe u r more comfortable with ur frens..otherwise im sure u could test out all the 'premium' lenses during alpha TT too....at least thats someting i nv tried b4..lol..all those lenses i've bought..first time seeing it = the time buying it... QUOTE(Alexes @ May 14 2009, 10:24 AM) perhaps shd let the entry guy like me try out the entry lvl first....so when we upgrade...we would feel the impact..and appreciate more on the technology..of coz anyone with a deep pocket can buy a900 and all the zeisses as their entry...but they wouldnt really know how to appreciate it... Added on May 14, 2009, 10:27 am QUOTE(-ZeN- @ May 14 2009, 10:25 AM) Sony Alpha 300 still under warranty for the live view sensor cleaning will be rm60 also? it wont b rm60..it'd b free Because i try blowing the dust away but it still stays, now i suspect it wasn't even dust at the live view sensor. Mid valley got sony service centre? btw...wad do u mean by live view sensor??meaning u r not seeing any thing on the photo itself issit? This post has been edited by achew: May 14 2009, 10:28 AM |

thumbs up for the super fast workrate by sony service center singapore~!
the story goes like this.. on monday afternoon..i sent in my camera and 50mm for cleaning+callibration..and the service officer told me that none of their engineer is working on monday..so they would not b able to carry out the assessment on my gears(since i cannot show them warranty card) and i would have to wait for their engineer to come back to work..and tell me how much it would cost to decide whether im ok with the price... so ok..sounds fine to me...and like what i posted this morning..they called me..and told me that the price is 60bucks..and i told them..ok..just carry on...i was amazed by the speed when they call me again during the evening n told me my gears r ready for collection...and what even surprised me was that..i notice i actually had a missed call yesterday from sony...so supposingly..i shd b notified by them on weds morning and collect my stuff in the evening!! thats like they only took tues n weds 2 working days for the assessment + collection...thats amazingly fast to me...good job! |
