Always changing/follow the latest GC will kill ur poket money.....as i say b4..ur old HIS 3870 is very good i no know why/reason u wan u change ??

u know ma old model gc still win new model gc.....example in mac 2600 vs 9400 --> check here post #1355

For 4000 series GC card if really wan good performance ...get any 4000 series with GDDR5 ....GDDR4 is ok.... GDDR3 cant perform the real 4000 series chipset....min 512mb
