Of course! Currently the best thermal paste for your money is Tuniq TX-2, can't go wrong with it. laugh.gif

I'm happy with the thermal paste that came with my Cooler Master Hyper TX2 though.

2 sticks of 1 GB is better than a single stick of 2GB is performance, though the increment is not really *that* much.

But a single stick of 2GB gives you more headroom to upgrade in the future. icon_rolleyes.gif

but i mean max ram i can use is 4gb on xp correct? o.O more than tht is no point true?
*
The maximum RAM you can have in a 32-bit Operating System is 4GB, it has nothing that got to do with Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux

You can have a 64-bit Windows XP accepting well more than 4GB of RAM.

32 bit windows is bout 3.2gb only...even vista can detect 4gb..but max usage also bout 3.2gb
unless using 64bit windows or other 64bit UNIX OS (ubuntu64 or mac )

Added on June 4, 2009, 3:04 pm

is 3.2 gb ...where got 32bit OS can max usage bout 4gb ??
*
Sorry for the confusion, when I said can have 4GB i mean the operating system can detect 4GB

The maximum usable RAM a little bit more than 3.2GB only.

isit worth changing to xp 64bit version then ?
o.o heard its not really good ? true? smile.gif
*
Not good as in what?

The only disadvantage that really affects users is that some older applications can't find 64 bit version, but if I'm not mistaken there are emulators to 32-bit, not sure.

Opening a lot of programs in the background does not necessarily mean using more CPU cores, it is using more RAM instead.

Opening a lot of programs that are active and CPU intensive in the background is only really using the CPU cores (and RAM) to the maximum

Hope that clears some air. icon_rolleyes.gif

btw, not so gud news... x2 550be sellin @ around $SGD150 (bought from Taiwan), so it's near to d price of p1 x3 ledi... not so cheap...  doh.gif

Maybe it's because resellers see that this item so hot they bump up the price?

Maybe after a period of cool-off we will be able to get it to be reasonably priced cool2.gif
