Charging iPhone - PC USB vs. Charger etc, Over charge battery will spoil?

Is a simple fact that AC plug might able to speed up charging.
USB from PC provides 5V and 500mA power vs AC Plug USB provides 5V and 1000mA. That doubles the power to charge the battery. |
