Charging iPhone - PC USB vs. Charger etc, Over charge battery will spoil?

my experience, i do believe (this is my personal opinion) that charging tru USB port makes my iphone batt last longer than the normal iphone charger.
but this is only from my personal opinion n experience... im not sure about others. my usage.... 80% charging tru USB 20% charging tru iphone charger... |
