Charging iPhone - PC USB vs. Charger etc, Over charge battery will spoil?

I don't know which way of charging is better or does either of the way will bring harm to the phone....
But for me, do use both (PC USB and Adapter) when ever it is convi to me. Since Steve gave us 2 ways of charging, I think both will be fine and neither of it will harm the phone....  |
