going merry sending off was sad. but nothing beats luffy & co departed after the battle together with Vivi-chan in her father's kingdom. the part where all crew members raised their hands with the 'bandage' really made me cry back then.

Much prefer the Viking Funeral for Merry.

I'm at the Foxy Pirates part now. Seems to be quite boring with the lame tournaments although Foxy's peh peh peh laugh is hilarious. Favourites so far are Chopper and Zoro.

anime episode 399 RAW is out. superb animation and tensed moments. frankly upgraded motobaro animation on trafalgar law's power does the manga justice.

when merry died time is one of the most touching scene in OP la. First time oda remove a character permanantly from his comic. And summore the character is a boat which appear together with ussop early in the story.

kindda sweet when the crew sumtimes remind of merry. example is when their new boat have a mini merry in it. =D

I skipped most of the sad part coz i dun like sad animes I juz wan to see them fight.

thats not good, you have to watch/read every scene in one piece. no skipping is allowed
that said, i read everything in onepiece, even the sbs corner (if you buy the manga) and pay close attention to the chapter introduction page, where oda tells about the stories of previous character.

When watching or reading One Piece, one must go thoroughly with it.

Juz finished watching ep 399, really an awesome ep. But seems to me ep 400 will be a filler ep. Law + Kidd vs Fake Kuma... Good match up though already knew how it's gonna end. Doesn't matter coz mangas and animes give different type satisfaction

uwah, arlong park. thats nostalgic
in term of arcs, i like crocodile arc. and the last battle between mugiwara crew vs baroque work was totally awesome
