Just keep calling and sending emails to them, push their arse. Do not believe their bullshit that nothing they can do. They can do ANYTHING, just a matter of they want to do it or not. I ensure you within a week your issue should be solved.

Called the NOC Team, they said they only deal with TM people, they can't talk to me lol? Called Core IP but nobody picks up. already complained to MCMC 3 weeks ago but still reply yet haha..GG 1. Streamyx
