since many people are asking to who and how to complain regarding this 115 Ip issue, hereby I would like to share with you guys.

1. Streamyx



2. Streamyx NOC Team (this is the higher level of people who set your connection)


3. CORE IP Network Development (the dept which make you stuck in 115 IP)


4. MCMC (get them into the case to push Streamyx people work faster)


Just keep calling and sending emails to them, push their arse. Do not believe their bullshit that nothing they can do. They can do ANYTHING, just a matter of they want to do it or not. I ensure you within a week your issue should be solved.

I will spam their mail box everyday.

They need increase the bandwidth for 115 and 118 and 124 IP range.

Those IP only got 30% of international bandwidth or lowest priority.

I think most ppl know who this shitmyx is, but who cares. u did a great job sharing these info. because those monkeys deserved to be SPAMMED !!! cheating customers hard-earned cash like that.

Well you may want to do that. i doubt they are going to entertain your requests. Worst come to worst , they may simply throttle you by your username - at the end you lose. Monopolists would win. Let's face it they have the absolute power to determine the price and kind of connection ! We need to voice out our thoughts to our Prime Minister. Maybe by writing a formal letter or sending your thoughts via his 1Malaysia blog. Things might change

Called the NOC Team, they said they only deal with TM people, they can't talk to me lol? Called Core IP but nobody picks up. already complained to MCMC 3 weeks ago but still reply yet haha..GG

Although joined today, I think this is a person who is already on this forums. Probably opened a new forum account to specially post this to help us all but wanting to remain anonymous.

Most likely confident it will work for others because he/she has gone through the process with success, so is now sharing, but afraid that TM may punish him/her for sharing by removing the solution they have given him/her.

We should thank him/her for sharing and as someone else said, no harm trying even though there are no guarantees. But I suspect soon these numbers will be changed by TM or won't be answered as they know users are trying to contact them directly.

LEGITIMATE ISSUE.

Just tried, cant even load the site.. halfway timeout. So much for complaining there

I dunno bout u guys but my 115.xx ip has been decent to me for the past few days ie; browsing and youtube but not for RS/MS and ONLY just now i found out my downloading speed has return to normal

I also stuck in 115. 118 range last yr.

i report many time , request back to 60... no luck. (ask me check line , format windows. bla .bla..)

Just done that today, have a look at comment number 6 at 1malaysia.com.my

there's even a teacher pleading for a student that apparently got 10a's for JPA scholarship LOL

I believe most of shitmyx users will not get this IP as I heard this is the "premier" IP allocated to certain customers only.

Since most people "WONT" get this ip range, who cares? If its good, then yay for them, bad, WHO CARES.

Only selected area & certain customers can use this IP...if can get this IP, the speed is extremely fast for surfing & downloading (of course due to not many people use this IP range so will be less more traffic)...

File a complaint to TM, said that your Stimix is super-slow..if they are kind enough, maybe they can give you this range of IP..
