but IP 60 still as good as 218.111

stupid...i complaint to streamyx and say my ip range always at 124 and 115..so the technician say will help me check and response back to me in 24-48 hours..then now..i found out they capped me from 7mb to 4mb line back and nothing improve..the ip range still stuck at the 115 & 124...

The more your complain the more they will throttling your speed...
You know la, they also human like us, can mad like us, this is what I have experience from friends of my brother which have working at sceamyx, he said, they have full access to your account, they can terminate, they can change your screamyx package without your knowing, they can limit your daily access to internet or their intranet (can filter which site you can access, this apply to P2P also), they can find where you connected now (From first time login until recent use,specific locations too) Hope this helpful for those have bad experience with their cheap and poor services...
