u must take the spoil one out... study that... than buy a new one...

cut off to use the pin and wire.

The spoil wire is too short to extend out to the casing. Is there a standard name of the wire ? so I could buy and extend it.

thanks , so I can just buy any same size of the small wire and roll /join then together to extend it right ?
there's no specific wire name right ? worry it'll get spoil if I join with other wire.

no need to worry much about the wire....

momentary switches are as the name implies... the contact is momentary...

wat it does is basically give a quick connection and releases the connection. it just needs to short the 2 connections for a while.

so the wires only need to be able to transfer the current for a short while only..u can probably even use speaker cables for it. tongue.gif

Anyone ? is the power switch so hard to take out that everyone never dare to take out before ?
Even someone say its momentary switches but not even one modified or take out a computer switch before.

I can't find help on google , not even a single picture on computer switch power button

its not that hard to take it out. its just that the switch has been permanently glue to the case.

I had try taking out cutting the wire and attach together.Sometimes times run sometimes don't run.

But , all the fan start but no bios screen , no beeping sound .

All hardware component run , motherboard got led light , hard disk running , graphic card running but the screen is black.

Try removing the ram and all the hardware but cannot no beeping sound. No power light but hardware all running.

Can someone tell me what happen ?
I assemble back , it still the same , after 4 times pressing on off , and now run back.Sometimes start sometimes blanks
