hardgainer need help in nutrition

Before i start workout my metabolism already reach 1300 kcal... then my trainer (just for 3 session) told me to eat more... i had search through internet but it seems i need to take supplement too during the meals (generally 6 while some of them got 7 and 8  ) so if i dun wan take supplement during meal since i only want take whey protein after 60 to 90 mins of workout 2 to 3 times per week. and i saw some said yogurt helps too, is that true? btw, i am 175cm tall with 49kg and now gained to 58kg. but it seems it stuck there... and my muscle seems doesn't grow that much now... there are one site that told ppl like me to get 50% carb, 25% protein, 25% good fat. lol This post has been edited by Dark Lord: Apr 22 2009, 07:57 PM

Eh... seems like i have the same stats as you...
Was 52KG 3 months ago... ate like a horse + weightgainer now finally hit a brick wall at 57KG... but i stopped the weightgainer and shifted to whey protein...
should i try another bag of weightgainer?

I resisted replying until now. Well you see, the reason you have issues gaining weight, is clearly because........well you didn't research before you opened this topic.
