I didn't say i am laughing @ u now.. just ask u don't think too much. let it be naturally. if u meet a girl and suddenly think of she might cheat or asking for something from u???? Then let's me tell u a very true story.. If a guy wanna date a girl, he doesn't want to treat the girl for 1st or 2nd meal. i mean not paying some efforts and investing something on the girl.. do u think the girl will be out again with you???

I didn't mean that too the girl is so materialistic or judging u can't afford this and that.. but it depends how gentlement u r and to do things in a right place and right time.... try to figure this out Bernard...

I know tat....pls dun assume tat I nvr date gal out b4.I also dated some gals out which she try to "slaughter" me too,bring me to high class place for lunch without cosidering my "affordtability" as well.I do believe tat gals dun1 2 makan at those "low class place" or even fast food restaurant on their 1st date.They want a better place for guy who dated them rite? I know wat a gals thinking about and wat a gal wants from a guy!

As I know tat guy's must be gentlemen but gals dun be greedy until like trying to dig a person's money!

I dun mind to pay the bill,at least the price I pay is for me to know her person.Is better to have a short pain rather than long pain! Of cos,there is no 2nd time for me to meet tis kinda gal! Seriously!

bernard, just to make ur life easier. Go save money and get a wife from Myanmar/Cambodia/Indonesia. They will never give a damn on ur income, looks and etc. As long as u can fill their stomach and show some love.

I guess this the best solution for u. It wont cost much i think.

Just curious, what place did she ask u to belanja? 5 star hotel type? If the girl really like that then no need to consider her.

I was a degree student tat time...she suggest me to go a Chillis (during tat time I nvr dine in there b4 and I know is costly for me).I know maybe sum of u here might think tat Chillis is affordtable for urself when u are a student.

She really know how to choose and wat to choose to eat n drink as well.(starters,main course,drinks and desert) end up...the bill cost me hundred plus (which is my half month of my pocket money).Luckily I got enough cash to pay for it.

Since tat day onwards,I nvr meet her d.I dun mind to pay for the bill since she already dig me in tat place and the waiter is waiting.To me,I just take it as a "fee" to pay for knowing her REAL person.I even delete her hp no. from my hp too!

Consider it a small 'know-the-real-deal' fee lah, I guess if you view the bigger picture, better she dig u on the first date and make a bad impression on you, than mislead you and dig you over your life. Or at least, over a period of 6-12 months, and spend close to 10k...

Yep. At least it's relatively cheaper. Good lesson in learning how to judge a girl's character too, and of course, the main theme of this whole thread, a good dose of reality that women are ultimately very realistic, and materialistic. Blame Madonna if you want for breeding a generation of material girls, but yeah, what to do.. Don't fail up yet my friend, I'm also a classic case which haven't got 1st love, even some my friends same as well. Its not end of the world.
Those year we just concentrate on study, now graduated, friends also graduated, very seldom see anymore.

I believe there is still a lot of nice girls out there, just whether you know where to find. Honestly said, good girls mostly stay at home and very few social activity. Sometime it really depend on your fate as well.
