I want to port out from postpaid to Celcom XPAX prepaid. They say cannot. I have to port out to other telco then port in back again. Is this true? Why so troublesome?

NOT for celcom.

Dont know why. Celcom u really need to port to other telco before can switch between postpaid and prepaid. Really troublesome sad.gif

But other telco such as maxis digi umobile can just convert immediately at the center. Get new sim, within 1 hour should be done thumbup.gif

Looking to upgrade from celcom postpaid gold plan. My usage right now added around 30-50sms. Which adds around RM10-15. What plan suitable for me?

Unlimited call is a must

cheapest is hotlink flex postpaid, rm30 for unlimited call & sms, but data just 1gb.
you can add 3gb for rm10 so rm40 for 4gb with unlimited call & sms.

more quota on maxis is rm98 = 15gb weekdays + 15gb weekend on LTE,
or add rm10 for combined 30gb with no weekday/weekend split.

digi have infinite rm100 = unlimited call with 300 sms + unlimited gb

while umobile, they have rm50 for unlimited call & unlimited quota, then u can subscribe rm8 for 100 sms.
this rm8 for 100 sms also applicable for other unlimited call plan such as rm38 (4gb).

Hi.
I just got my daughter those smart kid watch with sim card for GPS tracking, calling, etc.
Currently looking for the cheapest prepaid/postpaid with following requirement.
1. If possible prepaid with long validity
2. Free basic Internet as the watch only required 2g

Tested with xox and tune talk. Both have long validity but doesn't comes with free basic Internet.

Your suggestion is much appreciated. Thanks.

redone postpaid rm8/month free 1gb

Or unifi prepaid, rm15 for 1gb lte + 1gb non lte, up to 90 days. U need to topup min rm20 before can purchase that rm15 data. Count it as rm60/year (1st rm20, next 90 days rm10, repeat)

Is the celcom xpax 50 plan good? I am using Digi now paying 50 per month with 10gb data thinking of switching cause the line sucks

if celcom line at ur place is better than digi, then just go for it. coz the plan is almost same with digi; rm50 for 10gb & unlimited call
