Yokohama A drive was not my choice actually. I wanted a Goodyear Ducaro GA but the shop didn't have. The boss and my father are very good friends, therefore it's kinda embarrassing if I turn to other shop.

I wanted a Goodyear Ducaro GA because its thread was quite long lasting, and I like its groove. laugh.gif
I also used Dunlop LM701, Made in Japan. Thread not as lasting as Ducaro GA, but groove is nice.

Seriously, at this size (175/70R13) we can't talk much about performance. All brands are BOLEH PAKAI la, not much difference 1.
Just one reminder, don't buy Sime Tyres.

since all R13 tyre is for entry level only, i will stop wasting time looking for 'better'.
will just continue seek for XM1, but heck jb tyre price really that uncompetitive....

Oh ya, the tyre shop also quoted XM1 (R13) @RM160, Bridgestone AR10 is RM150.
Remember nowadays tyre valves & balancing is already a standard freebies. Don't get conned.

the abovementioned prices were quoted in Bahau, NegeriSembilan. I'm not sure other places how much.

if a 205/40/R17 Yokohama A-Drive cost around rm285 per piece, is it reasonable? or is it a bit expensive?

Just went to a tyre shop near my place to survey the price..
I was quoted this price for the tyre :

Falken 322 - Rm140
XM1 - RM180

The price is for my iswara - 185/60R14..

The guy there told me that for R14 there is no Falken 912 but itz 322..
Is that true..?

Between these 2 tyres which one u guys think really worth it to buy..

Guys..changed tyre yesterday...went around Taman Equine to various shops...all quoted me 250 or 260 a piece but finally settled for this one the cheapest!

Equine Autocare in Taman Equine (hence its name!) 03-89441623

205/40/R17 - Silverstone M5 RM229.00 a piece (free balancing)

Also found out that i need to install centre cone for the rims i'm using so that the rims will fit snugly...a box of 4 centercones costs me RM80...well worth it...

FYI..they also have 215/45/R17 - Silverstone M5 @ RM239.00 a piece.
