now i am really nervous, recently been reading about how messi tempted to break our defense. while puyol is not around, messi has started to talk big on his own. i thought he was different from lolnando. but then ..
haih.. the only thing that matters for us now is to play it with full strength without resulting any possible yellow or red card.. playing defensive is way more harder than attacking.. lining up a great wall at the middle of the pitch might be a good decision, but we also need a very good firefower with good and sharp finishing. drogba, anelka and kalou should try |

I don't think he was on the bench. Judging from his current form, I wouldn't want him to play as well. It's quite a gamble actually.

QUOTE(plokoon @ May 5 2009, 06:26 PM) This could be our away and third jerseys for next season: or would it be this one?» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « ![]() Away: Of the other two shirts, the following is presumably the away shirt as white is a traditional Chelsea away colour. The main feature of the away shirt is the set of black horizontal stripes. Again, it is based on the ‘cycling top’ style. The away shirt is reminiscent of the 1984-85 away shirt, which was also predominantly white, but also had thin grey/black horizontal stripes. ![]() ![]() Third: The main feature of what is presumably the third shirt is the set of grey-blue and charcoal-black horizontal stripes, along with the Chelsea crest, logos and three striped all in the somewhat infamous ‘electric yellow’. The pattern of grey-blue and black horizontal stripes means the away kit will be completely different to the current away kit as it steps away from the traditional Chelsea away colours of yellow or white. Anyway only the away kits look good. Doesnt the 3rdkit look like Intermilan kits? |

The last season real Madrid won the champions league was 2001-2002.
2002-2003: Real is eliminated by Juve, The team that eliminated Juve, in this case AC Milan wins the Tournament. 2003-2004: Monaco Eliminates Real Madrid, the team that eliminated Monaco, in this case FC Porto wins the Torunament. 2004-2005: Juventus eliminates Real Madrid, the team that eliminated Juventus, in this case Liverpool wins the Tournament. 2005-2006: Arsenal eliminates Real Madrid, the team that eliminated Arsenal, in this case Barcelona wins the Torunament 2006-2007: Bayern Munich eliminates Real Madird, the team that Eliminated Bayern Munich, in this case AC Milan wins the tournament. 2007-2008: Roma Eliminates Real Madrid, the team that eliminated Roma, in this case Man Utd wins the tournament. So for 6 seasons in a rwo, the team that eliminated the team which kicked out Real Madrid, wins the Tournament. If this happens again in 08-09 season, the team that eliminated Real was Liverpool, we eliminated Liverpool, which should mean if the Jinx continues, that this season is chelsea's Champions League Anyone noticed that before? |

To defeat Barcelona, we have to be very, very disciplined as a team.
It's not about marking Messi, Iniesta, or Xavi in this game. It's about how tight the defenders to approach each Barca players when they have the ball. Lampard must perform his best to feed the ball to the strikers. He seems lost during the first leg. As Ashley Cole is coming back for this game, I hope both him and Malouda can combine to tear the Barca's defence. Alex,Anelka, and Ballack will miss the Final if they get yellow card tonight and wins tonight's game! |

I'm all fired up guys! Cant wait for a date with the Mancs in Rome! It's really Chelsea's last chance saloon if you consider the average age of the team
But then again, I am also anticipating a transition period for Chelsea next season. It's time to rebuild the Roman Army again This post has been edited by kink_ass: May 6 2009, 09:47 PM |
