Or u search for CS prob here, u'll see plenty of them.

My one suffer the same fate as your one, CS36 is doom for fan failure, the fan noise is the sign of the fan dying. On top of that my one suffer "Auto Power Cut" without reason. I just sent in to claim warranty 2 days back. Btw my CS36 barely 6 months old.

just a recommendation,
to all CS users here, go claim the warranty for the fan issues. srsly, the fan issue should be solve by now, just like how they fix the TZ issue earlier..

maybe. ive no idea, but as long as it stick nicely without a bubble and any dust stuck inside, should be good.
not using the wrap to my Z, just the keyboard protector..

Fan problem.
Send it in for service.
Go tell them to check the LCD for you also.

It can only be solved when all users had sent in their units for service. There are a few CS which is not affected by this fan problem at all.

since the fan is not working, the heat inside will get so hot that the system will simply cut off the power to the system without even shutdown. Untill the temperature cools down, the computer wont boot up.

The auto power cut happen when I just switch on the notebook, barely 2 minutes on the computer, then all of a sudden power cut the window not even load up yet. The notebook is not hot at all.

Guys... A lil' update from the gamers side...

I've installed latest game [Mass Effect 2] (Xbox has this too).

Played at highest graphics detail, no lag no prob at all with my FW590!

Which running on P7450, HD4650 512Mb, 2Gb RAM (+2Gb memory boost from SD card), 7200 rpm HDD.

I used to played on 2Gb RAM only, all ran pretty smooth, but when I insert another 2GB on memory boost from a SD card, I noticed that the loading of the game is significantly fast a lot!
A muz for MASS EFFECT 2. Very life-like game to play with! HD graphic quality!
*
what OS do u use is it the same like Vista's memory boost? coz im on windows 7 n would like to try this

yep MASS EFFECT 2 is a nice graphical games, i enjoice it very much on me desktop pc, wondering can HD4570 handle it? hmm.gif

EDIT : found about it me self laugh.gif

For a device to be compatible and useful it must conform to these requirements:

* The removable media's capacity must be at least 256 MB (250 MB after formatting). Windows Vista x86 & x64 is limited to using 4 GB; this restriction has been removed in Windows 7.
* Windows 7 allows up to eight devices for a maximum of 256 GB of additional memory. [5]
* The device must have an access time of 1 ms or less.
* The device must be capable of 2.5 MB/s read speeds for 4 KB random reads spread uniformly across the entire device, and 1.75 MB/s write speeds for 512 KB random writes spread uniformly across the device.

btw, DalphinusS, what kinda SD card do u use?

I'm using a regular micro SD inserted to a SD adapter. It's so cool, having no popping out object like a USB pendrive at the side. I put the SD card in the slot all the time, that include carrying out.

I tried a HC micro SD card of 8Gb, but Win7 took quite a long time to "config" the SD card, which I had to abort it. But it allows me to utilize only 4Gb out of it when I was trying to do it.

I think HD4570 can manage it... 512Mb right? U should try it. I now completed the 1st time with polite male Shepard, now continue to try female Shepard, rude Shepard I mean tongue.gif
