How many times a day to take whey and creatine?, on a workout day & non-workout day

alrite guys i bought the ON WHEY PROTEIN & universal creatine .now i'd like to know how many times a day i need to take these to achieve my goal which is getting bigger in the shortest time . how many time on my workout days and when? how many times on normal days and when? u guys recommend 3 or 4 or 5 times work out per week for my goal ?
