Dunno if you have a Sharp or whether this works for you, but we old-timers with 903, 803, 802, 703 etc. used to  convert to full screen with "Hikarikit"  Locate easily with Google.

what profile did you select?  what phone are you using?  And are you just dragging the file in the program to convert?

also what was the original resolution of the video?  if it was qvga you can set the phone to expand it depending on the model
*
i using customized mp4 movie...

this profile:

video codec : mp4
video size:640*480
video bitrate:768
audio:aac
audio bitrate:128

i'm using P-01A

yup...just copy the link...then past in youtube tab in any video converter...

it download & direct convert to mp4...the best bout it can que the link ..so i just

copy & paste many link...so leave it..do my work...

but sometime...if AVC can download the file but when converting it said no audio codec...so

try the p905i setting in the program, either the 1-pass or two pass encoding, Docomos wont natively full screen 640x480 if the video encoded at 640x480. if it is 640x360, it will, I think you can zoom in on the image on 640x480 though.

2nd question to all the sifu's here..

My previous Maxis postpaid sim was the old type and I always got the TML & "UIM not recognized" error each morning; had to remove the sim and put it back in again. It always showed "Maxis GPRS"  blink.gif

So I changed to a new sim like 3 days ago. On the phone it showed "Maxis GSM", woot!
When I had the new sim, all was good! ... for about 2 days :s

Last night I had to CPR the phone, then from "Maxis GSM" it turned into "Maxis GPRS"
and the nightmare of TML & "UIM not recognized" started again this morning  sweat.gif
*
i faced this problem before..by the way, what hypersim do you use??
last time, i used ismartphone 2008, faced the same problem as yours. one way to prevent for UIM not recognized is switch your simcard to GSM mode.. you can deactivated your 3G in your maxis line..then you will get GSM mode all the time..
but right now, i'm satisfied with my new iNEX hypersim..no UIM not recognized and no signal OUT..and surprisingly, it can also work on my digi network as well..lol..

Ohhhhhhhh!
Hurm, do I just call in and deactivate it? Will I need to replace my sim card with a normal non-3G one?

Lastly, the new iNEX hypersim, how much does it cost?
I'm not sure which hypersim im using.. it came with the phone :s

what is your phone model?
you need an USB cable to sync musics to your Docomo phone by using WMP.

Woot!

This worked great!
Last night had to CPR it once, but then in the morning it was back to Maxis GSM, and no more TML / UIM not recognized!

I have been getting UIM cannot be recognized errors recently on my N905iu.
I think its something to do with the hypersim being sensitive I suppose?

When I take away the battery cover, the phone seems to work fine but when I close the battery compartment with the cover. I keep on seem to get the UIM read error.
The SIM card is rather close to the cover.... more like touching it.

Any work around for this?

what kind of hypersim are you using? It seems like you are using one with a big chip in it?

I don't really know what kinda hypersim is it since I got from another person in the garage sales. It should be a anti CPR one. There is a black roundish thing on the hypersim.

Added on June 27, 2009, 9:15 amNow I'm getting insert UIM error too even though I already inserted it.

hmm well at least what it looked like, or any labels on the hypersim indicating the name?

I was thinking maybe you had the larger hypersim chip maybe thats why its rubbing, you did cut your sim card right?

It sounds like you might have damaged your hypersim, if you are getting uim error.
