It's good to see you finally get the RPG diffusors to mix it up with the absorptions. They are clone types but cheap and effective way to diffuse the sound wave. You can also try to aim your front LR floorstanders straight to the back LR diffusors. No harm trying. Any pic for the back?

blush.gif Yes, it is a good step up from 8TC but price also  sweat.gif Before we got carried too far with these cables or interconnects, it is best not to over splurge. In my case, it is about 10% of my system cost. Just to quote an example, I have tested a few very well known power cords that cost from RM6K to five figures. In my system, the difference is only very marginal and at times the PK10 Gold seems better at certain areas. For that, I returned it to them and I strongly believe that my peasant Hi-Fi system is not able to reap the benefit out of it. Maybe it is more suitable for those like FM Acoustics, Goldmund, Boulder, Soulution, Jeff Rowland, Gryphon, etc.

If not careful, it easily becomes obsession.

I guess mine also will not benefit much from it as my Hi-Fi system is non of the above top brands sweat.gif

You sound like a pro at termination!

Not just at plug termination BUT almost everything pertaining to HT system.

Whether it works or not, is another story but somehow seems very enjoyable reading his post and tonnes of explanations too. cool2.gif

Duncan,
Can't recall as I bought few things together. Roughly bout rm400 Ba.

Mikapoh,
Celaka max poisoned me wt his dual svs sub. Now, I'm considering which sub should I buy. Svs pb13 ultra or rythmik fv15hp? One with nice outlook and the other is cheaper. Any suggestion?
*
That's typical of him when you visited his shop.

I would say either one is good if not great. Paradigm is another great sub if you like sealed with tight and fast bass.

How's your setup? Naim setup?
*
My goodness, did he tell you I owned Naim too? Why many folks know about it? hmm.gif
It is for Hi-Fi and mine is just the lower range of the products.

Yeah, I experienced his dual sub set-up last year and felt mine is behind by a country mile!
Anyway, priority is given to music listening.
Recently experienced Paradigm servo, now replaced by Sub15 and felt it thumbup.gif If only I am loaded enuf.....

He didn't tell me bout ur system but I get it from naim forum as Im also a member there. :-)
I plan to get a media player from him at first, then he turns on his setup. Alamak, super far once compare with my current setup. Kena already, then I just sold of my spl1200r. And now plan to grab single pb13 first. When funds/budget allow, grab another seal sub.
*
So you are an active member in UK forum? What is your username?

What is your Naim set-up?

No surprise indeed. Most of the time, we are the only one sitting quietly or lonely while watching our fav movies.

At times, we try to find fault with our system and find excuses to upgrade doh.gif

Guys,

Another excuse for you to upgrade your TV or Projector. All your current ones are "out-dated" by this standard at least, cannot support 4k source such as this bluray which has been mastered for 4k ultra HD compatible TV. Sad huh.... blame it on technology!!!

But for those die-hard videophiles or HT fans, it is just a matter of time to dish out the old junks.

You need your TV & BD player (such as Oppo 103 or 105) to be 4k compliance to see the full effect!
