U know what is a debit card or not? Debit means deduct from a bank acct. Means u gotta have money in order to use it.

Credit card is diff. Banks loan u the money and u pay back with interest.

Well...you're correct but to apply for a PB Visa Electron Debit Card you don't need to have a saving account. But still need to apply through bank( for a small fee) for security reason I guess.

Forgot already whether PB did charge me or not when I first time register for their debit card... i think PB Visa Electron Debit Card is the best coz only they can provide worldwide (so far) payment without any restriction...

If not mistaken, ever heard smeone say that u can buy a debit card from 711. whistling.gif

It's a prepaid debit card, you don't need a bank account.

Better to withdraw at the own bank ATM. Like for EON MOL Freedom card, go to EON Bank ATM, no charges, same for PB Electron or other card. If withdraw in other bank, up to RM10 charges per withdrawal charged...

Debit card use Cirrus or PLUS international network for interbank ATM transaction, charges is more than normal ATM (which is use Malaysian own MEPS network).

Paypal goto www.paypal.com

debit card is just like atm card. in fact maybank has already promote the use of their bank card (atm) to pay at carrefour, tesco etc long time ago.

u can use ur debit card for atmtransaction. its just like a debit card, with a little more function

MBB Debit Card cannot withdraw cash from Paypal account. smile.gif
Yep, there's no annual fees for Maybank Debit Card. While the Public Bank Electron Debit Card, you need to use it once a year to waive the RM24 annual fees.

You must asking the wrong person. 7-11 keep changing staff lor.... newcomer sometime don't know.. and the card they keep in the drawer... last time got display....

Last month I ask 7-11 at Jalan Pahang about MOL Freedom reload, she said don't know what card... then I point out the MOL Freedom sticker beside the door, she say don't have. After that 1 senior come out, say just key-in on the epay machine, bla... bla..... then I got it.... lucky my mood is good that day....

Let me check later cos I going to reload my card....
